Move & Play Kid ("we", "us", or "our") is a digital platform that provides structured physical activity programs for children aged 3–5 years. Our Service is delivered via a subscription-based web application accessible at moveplayki9110.builtwithrocket.new.

Our Service is intended for parents and guardians of children aged 3–5 years. By creating an account, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years of age.
• You are the parent or legal guardian of the child(ren) using the platform.
• All information you provide during registration is accurate and up to date.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

Access to Move & Play Kid content requires an active paid subscription. We currently offer the following subscription option:

• 7-Day Starter Plan: Provides access to the available daily activities and platform content for 7 days from the date of purchase.
• 14-Day Plan: Coming soon.
• 30-Day Plan: Coming soon.

Move & Play Kid does not currently offer monthly or annual subscription plans. Any future subscription plans will be communicated on the platform and will be subject to the terms applicable at the time of purchase.

All payments are processed securely via Razorpay. By purchasing a subscription, you authorise us to charge the applicable subscription fee to your selected payment method. Prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

Subscription fees are non-transferable and apply to a single family account. Sharing account credentials with others outside your household is not permitted.

Please read our refund policy carefully before purchasing a subscription:

Refund Requests: Because the 7-Day Starter Plan is non-refundable, purchase payments for this plan are not eligible for a refund.

You may stop using your subscription at any time. Because the currently available 7-Day Starter Plan is a fixed-duration, non-refundable plan:

• Your access remains available for the applicable 7-day subscription period.
• No refund or credit will be issued for unused days after purchase.
• The 7-Day Starter Plan does not automatically renew unless explicitly stated at the time of purchase.

You agree to use Move & Play Kid only for its intended purpose. You must not:

• Reproduce, distribute, or resell any content from the platform without written permission.
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the platform or its infrastructure.
• Upload or transmit any harmful, offensive, or inappropriate content.
• Use automated tools, bots, or scrapers to access or collect data from the platform.

All activities on Move & Play Kid are designed for children aged 3–5 years and are intended to be supervised by a parent or guardian at all times. By using our Service, you acknowledge and agree that:

• You will supervise your child during all activities and ensure the environment is safe.
• Activities are for general physical play and are not a substitute for medical advice, physiotherapy, or occupational therapy.
• You will adapt or skip activities that are not suitable for your child's individual abilities, health conditions, or developmental stage.
• Move & Play Kid is not liable for any injury, accident, or harm arising from the use of activities on the platform.

All content on Move & Play Kid — including activity descriptions, videos, images, illustrations, and text — is the intellectual property of Move & Play Kid or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the content for personal, non-commercial use within your household.

Unauthorised reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of any content is strictly prohibited and may result in account termination and legal action.

We collect and process personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws. The data we collect includes your name, email address, child profile information (first name and age), and subscription details. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Move & Play Kid shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, or personal injury. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Service in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without notice. We may also update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
