Move & Play Kid ("we", "us", or "our") is a digital platform that provides structured physical activity programs for children aged 3–5 years. Our Service is delivered via a subscription-based web application accessible at moveandplaykid.com.

Our Service is intended for parents and guardians of children aged 3–5 years. By creating an account, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years of age.
• You are the parent or legal guardian of the child(ren) using the platform.
• All information you provide during registration is accurate and up to date.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

Access to Move & Play Kid content is available through the following plans:

• Free Trial: Provides limited access to the platform so you can explore the content before committing to a paid plan. Trial access is subject to the restrictions described at the time of sign-up.
• 30-Day Full Challenge (₹499): Provides full access to all 30 daily activities and platform content for 30 days from the date of purchase. This is a one-time payment and does not automatically renew.

Move & Play Kid does not currently offer monthly or annual subscription plans. Any future subscription plans will be communicated on the platform and will be subject to the terms applicable at the time of purchase.

All payments are processed securely via Razorpay. By purchasing a subscription, you authorise us to charge the applicable subscription fee to your selected payment method. Prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

Subscription fees are non-transferable and apply to a single family account. Sharing account credentials with others outside your household is not permitted.

Please read our refund policy carefully before purchasing a subscription:

Refund Requests: Because all paid plans are non-refundable, purchase payments are not eligible for a refund once processed.

You may stop using your subscription at any time. Because the 30-Day Full Challenge is a fixed-duration, non-refundable plan:

• Your access remains available for the full 30-day subscription period from the date of purchase.
• No refund or credit will be issued for unused days after purchase.
• The 30-Day Full Challenge does not automatically renew unless explicitly stated at the time of purchase.

We are committed to providing a reliable and continuous service. However, in the event that we decide to permanently close or discontinue the Move & Play Kid platform for any reason, we will provide users with a minimum of one (1) month's advance notice prior to the closure date. This notice will be communicated via:

• An email sent to the registered email address associated with your account.
• A prominent notice displayed within the platform.

We reserve the right to close or discontinue the platform at our sole discretion. The one-month advance notice is a courtesy commitment and does not create any additional financial obligation on our part beyond what is stated in our refund policy.

Refunds upon Closure: In the event of platform closure, refunds will only be considered for users who have been on the platform for 30 days or fewer from the date of their first subscription activation and whose paid subscription period has not yet expired. Users who have been on the platform for more than 30 days at the time of closure will not be entitled to any refund, regardless of the reason for closure.

You agree to use Move & Play Kid only for its intended purpose. You must not:

• Reproduce, distribute, or resell any content from the platform without written permission.
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the platform or its infrastructure.
• Upload or transmit any harmful, offensive, or inappropriate content.
• Use automated tools, bots, or scrapers to access or collect data from the platform.

All activities on Move & Play Kid are designed for children aged 3–5 years and are intended to be supervised by a parent or guardian at all times. By using our Service, you acknowledge and agree that:

• You will supervise your child during all activities and ensure the environment is safe.
• Activities are for general physical play and are not a substitute for medical advice, physiotherapy, or occupational therapy.
• You will adapt or skip activities that are not suitable for your child's individual abilities, health conditions, or developmental stage.
• Move & Play Kid is not liable for any injury, accident, or harm arising from the use of activities on the platform.

All content on Move & Play Kid — including activity descriptions, videos, images, illustrations, and text — is the intellectual property of Move & Play Kid or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the content for personal, non-commercial use within your household.

Unauthorised reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of any content is strictly prohibited and may result in account termination and legal action.

We collect and process personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws. The data we collect includes your name, email address, child profile information (first name and age), and subscription details. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Move & Play Kid shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, or personal injury. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Service in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time. We may also update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. Where we intend to permanently close the platform, we will provide at least one month's advance notice as described in Section 6.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
